Terms for using the qyu website and product. qyu provides informational research and reasoning, not brokerage, custody, or investment advice.

What qyu provides

qyu is an informational research and reasoning interface for capital-markets context. It helps explain what changed, why it may matter, and which evidence supports the explanation.

qyu is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, tax adviser, legal adviser, or portfolio manager. It does not place trades, hold funds, custody assets, or make investment decisions for you.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether any information is suitable for your own circumstances. Do not treat qyu output as a buy, sell, hold, tax, legal, or accounting recommendation.

You should upload only holdings, watchlists, or files that you are permitted to use. Do not upload account passwords, trading credentials, one-time codes, or documents you are not allowed to process. The optional password field in CAS import is only for opening that PDF.

Evidence and limits

qyu is designed to show evidence, uncertainty, unresolved states, stale data, and empty states instead of hiding them. Even so, source data, market data, models, and classifications can be incomplete, delayed, wrong, or unavailable.

Sample companies, funds, brokers, and portfolio values in the public demo are fictional and illustrative.

Use of the service

You agree not to misuse the service or interfere with other users, the API, source providers, or the public Atlas surface.

Do not scrape, crawl, or automate requests beyond published limits.
Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, entitlement gates, or access controls.
Do not upload malware, abusive content, or data that violates another person's rights.
Do not present qyu output as guaranteed, official, or personalized advice.
